We are based in the Gold Coast, Australia.  Generally, all items are posted from here in the Gold Coast.  Some items may come direct from our suppliers based in Australia directly to you.

*Please note: Timeframe estimates are from when the parcel is sent and only account for business days. All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. These do not include delays outside our control.

 

Due to our extensive range and in the event that an item is out of stock in a particular colour/ and or size, a dispatch time of approx* 10-15 business days may apply to your order. If you are requiring any items urgently please contact us at admin@gooandco.com to confirm availability. If any further delays are expected beyond this time frame we will be in touch via email to notify you.

There can be delays that are out of our control which is why we state approximately.

Clothing orders are usually dispatched between 10-15 business days from when your order is placed, although most of the time we are able to dispatch these earlier. We use this time frame to take into account potential delays due to sizes/colours that may be out of stock, and or products that may be on the way from our supplier. 

Depending on the Products that you order, it may be possible for you to receive shipments in multiple deliveries. (Tracking will be updated per shipment)

Unfortunately, we do not refund for any change of mind purchases. As per Consumer Affairs and under the Fair Trade Authority, we can only offer a credit note for any change of mind orders. Any changes or credits must be made prior to the order being shipped.

Once you have processed your order, you are legally bonded by our terms and conditions of sale. This is why we also add a  TERMS & CONDITIONS  box at the checkout that physically stops the checkout process unless you read and agree. Once you process the payment for your order, you are alerting us that you have read the possible timeframes for order dispatch. 

CHRISTMAS & SALE PERIODS

During Christmas and sale periods please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. We aim to get your orders out ASAP, as we know how important it is to receive your items promptly. COVID-19

Due to the current situation around the world we are still shipping out. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a period or Aus Post or Sendle uncontrollable timeframes by Aus Post or Sendle. 

 

COVID-19 AMERICA & CANADA 

Due to the current situation around the world we are still shipping out. Orders are still being processed and going out daily. Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19. TAXES & DUTIES

Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by Australia Post or Sendle.

Please check you junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.

Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.

 

POSTAGE INFORMATION

Orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle and do not require signature on delivery.

If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from. In most cases the parcel will be located at your local Australia Post Depot. 

PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE TIMES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, LOCATION, NATURAL DISASTERS, CUSTOMS INVESTIGATIONS, AUSTRALIA POST/SENDLE INVESTIGATIONS & OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS. 

THESE TIMEFRAMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL ASAP. 

Please note: Some items are unable to be shipped Internationally due to brand restrictions in Australia.

 

MISSING PARCELS

On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post or Sendles Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these Australia Post & Sendle timeframes are uncontrollable, and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

 

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information, please email us ASAP at admin@gooandco.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers will usually be processed and emailed within 24 hours on business days.
