We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia. Most orders are dispatched from here. Some items may be sent directly from our Australian suppliers.

Processing & Shipping Times

Australia: Free on clothing & shoe orders over $95 AUD (use code SHIPFREE). Full-price items only. Conditions apply.

New Zealand: Free on orders over $120 NZD. Full-price items only. Conditions apply.

Important Notes

• Most clothing orders are dispatched within 10-15 business days. We often send them earlier when possible.
• If an item is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take the full 10–15 business days.
• Need something urgently? Email us at admin@gooandco.com before ordering and we'll check availability.
• Processing times are estimates and do not include weekends, public holidays, or delays outside our control (customs, carrier issues, etc.).
• You may receive your order in more than one package if items come from different locations. Separate tracking details will be sent per package.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post. Please also check your junk/spam folder. Track your parcel here: auspost.com.au/track

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot make changes once the order has been processed. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, postage costs cannot be refunded.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are usually emailed within 24 hours on business days.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

Shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be charged by your local customs. These are the customer's responsibility.
